Policies and Conditions

•ALL bookings need to be made via booking website

•50% Deposit due during booking; Remaining balance due at appointment; Cash ONLY for remaining balance

•Appointment will be canceled after 15min late arrival

•No Call No Show= Banned Booking & Nonrefundable deposit

•Preferably females clients 7yrs & up HOWEVER male clients are accepted for braid and loc services after approval. Consultation MUST be booked first if interested.

•Severely tender headed clients are not allowed.

•If a consultation is required for your service, you’ll need to schedule the consultation immediately after booking

•ALL consultations are via facetime/zoom, via Text with photo/video attachments or in person

•ALL NEW clients for all services must sign an agreement before service

•Must list ALL allergies before services

•Hair must be ATLEAST 4 inches for ANY hair service; 6 inches for Tape In’s

•Starter Locs, Knotless Braids, Box Braids, Boho Braids & Bora Bora braids all will need ATLEAST 9hrs for service. Please plan to book for a SATURDAY if interested in these services until further notice.

•ALL EXTENSION STYLES are suggested to  order 100% Virgin Human Hair  through  by me for good quality hair. Unless bringing your own hair has been approved, ALL EXTENSION STYLES MUST book ATLEAST SEVEN BUSINESS days in advance unless human hair is listed in stock.

•Any Henna Designs requested need to be from the list of designs offered by Haus of Zainab

•Most henna designs will be named and specifically designed; Freehand designs will be rare until further notice

•Natural Henna & Jagua Gel will be available

•Most facial, skincare and body products will be natural but some will also be branded. ALL ALLERGIES MUST BE LISTED BEFORE SERVICE!!

•Traveling services are available with a $25 fee. Your space must be free of men a the time of service. Washing is only available if you can provide the means.
