Modest & Workout Apparel: 

•Garments provided have the option of being premade or customized. MOST premade garments will go by a provided size chart depending on the style, and all custom garments will require personal measurements.

•Custom orders will require a submission form for approval and Premade orders are available in the Shop Now tab.

•A Measurement Consultation needs to be scheduled BEFORE placing a custom order. The consultation must be in-person or video call. This consultation is to help YOU and to guarantee proper and perfect sizing.

•Turnaround time for custom orders can range from 1-3 weeks depending on time of year.

•Please refer to size chart when purchasing a premade garment. ALL premade garments need height information for adjustments.

•ALL premade garments are made AS IS without the option of alterations and/or add on's 

•Prayer garments are made to pray in and are supposed to be long, in order to cover the feet. 

•Burkini/Workout Sets are made strictly for WATER and/or WORKOUT use ONLY 

•ALL sleeves are made to be Wudu Friendly 

•Same Day Service are the ONLY custom garments that will be provided unless announced otherwise (Ramadan special, random custom order sale). You MUST book an appointment and be available for an in-person service for exact measurements, discussion of details of garment(s) requested, and pickup. 2 garments MAX for this service. Limitations will apply for customization due to timing.

•All customers will receive at least 2 updates, one during processing to confirm order is received and one before shipping or pick up to confirm day and time. Customer Check-Ins aren’t allowed and will be ignored

Crochet Items: 

 •ALL items are 100% handmade

•Premade items come AS IS!

•Premade orders take ATLEAST 48 hrs to process

•Custom items hold a customization fee & require a consultation BEFORE placing order 

•Consultations are via Zoom, via facetime or via phone 

•ONLY CUSTOMIZING STYLES THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY MADE BY THE CROCHET LOUNGE

•Customization can include size, color, and/or add ons. 

•Up to 4 week turn around for Custom Items (weekends not included)

•NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

•Different material is used for different styles so please read ALL descriptions before purchase 

• All custom items will be charged at Retail price plus an additional $30-$50 customization fee depending on item

Handmade Jewelry: 

 •ALL items are 100% handmade

 • Waist beads are made to keep track of your waist measurements but can also be worn as an adornment

 •Waist beads are made with string or elastic and uses small glass styled beads.

 •ALL waist beads are premade and come as is

REFUND POLICY:

•Refunds are ONLY available when an error was made on a garment, accessory or jewelry item that wasn’t noticed before shipping/delivery (must notify within 24hrs of receiving order), OR processing time becomes longer than mentioned.

• PICTURE PROOF of errors are needed to qualify for the refund. 

•Any other “reasons” do NOT qualify. 

•If you qualify for a refund, ALL merchandise MUST be returned in perfect condition. Not worn, no scents, or stains. All tags and packaging should be included with merchandise. SUBJECT TO INSPECTION 

SHIPPING/PICK UP POLICY: 

•Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days- USPS

Price: 20% of the total of your order

Step 1: Processing (max 48hrs for premade; 1-3 weeks for custom)

Step 2: Tracking number will be sent no more than 48 hrs after order is placed for premade & between 1-3 weeks for custom 

Step 3: Begin tracking package until received

*If scheduled pick up time and day are missed, a shipping fee will be required to receive your items*
