•Refunds are ONLY available when an error was made on a garment that wasn’t noticed before shipping/delivery (must notify within 24hrs of receiving order), OR processing/turn around time becomes longer than mentioned. PICTURE PROOF of errors is needed to qualify for the refund. Any other “reasons” do NOT qualify.

•If you qualify for a refund, ALL merchandise MUST be returned in perfect condition. Not worn, no scents, or stains. All tags and packaging should be included with merchandise.  SUBJECT TO INSPECTION

•Premade items come AS IS!

•Custom items hold a customization fee & require a consultation BEFORE placing order 

•Consultations are via Zoom or via phone 

•ONLY CUSTOMIZING STYLES THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY MADE

•Customization can include size, color, and/or add ons.
•Up to 4 week turn around for Custom Items (weekends not included)

•NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

•Different material is used for different styles so please read ALL descriptions before ordering

Standard Shipping Option: NON-LOCAL

Price: 20% of the total of your order

Step 1: Processing (24hrs for premade; up to 4 weeks for custom)

Step 2: Depending on order type, Tracking number will be sent ATLEAST 24 hrs after order is placed (USPS)

Step 3: Begin tracking package until received

Uber Delivery Option: LOCAL-PHILLY

Price: $20.00 minimum (Depends on location)

Step 1: Processing (24hrs for premade; up to 4 weeks for custom)

Step 2: Depending on order type, after ATLEAST 24hrs you will receive a notification via text to check availability for delivery

Step 3: Once time and day is confirmed, your delivery is scheduled.

•Preferably females clients 7yrs & up HOWEVER male clients are accepted for braid and loc services after approval

•Severely tender headed clients are not allowed.

•ALL consultations are via facetime/zoom or via Text with photo/video attachments

•ALL NEW hair clients will need to book a consultation along with  booking an appointment.

•Hair must be ATLEAST 4 inches for ANY service

•Starter Locs, Knotless Braids, Box Braids, Boho Braids & Bora Bora braids all will need ATLEAST 9hrs for service. Please have availability opened for both the morning and evening shift for appointment day.

•ALL NEW clients for all services must sign an agreement before service

•Any Henna Designs requested need to be from the list of designs offered by Halal Beauty

•Most henna designs will be named and specifically designed; Freehand designs will be rare until further notice

•Natural Henna & Jagua Gel will be available

•ALL bookings need to be made via booking website

•50% Deposit due during booking; Remaining balance due at appointment; Cash ONLY for remaining balance

•Appointment will be canceled after 15min late arrival

•No Call No Show= Banned Booking & Nonrefundable deposit

•Wash is INCLUDED in ALL hair services

•Must list ALL allergies before services

•Traveling services are available with a $25 fee. Your space must be free of men a the time of service. Washing is only available if you can provide the means.

•ANY STYLE INCLUDING  100% Virgin Human Hair  provided by me MUST book ATLEAST TEN BUSSINESS days in advance unless stated in stock.

•All Add On Fee’s will be due day of appointment
